First City Cycles Rolls into Oregon’s First City

Downtown Oregon City Now Home to New Bicycle Shop First City Cycles

On Saturday, July 21^st, First City Cycles is opening a full-service retail bicycle dealership in Oregon City featuring bicycles by industry leaders like Specialized as well as bicycle repairs, accessories, apparel, parts, and tools.

The 4,000 square foot store is located at 916 Main Street in historic downtown Oregon City on the corner of 10^th and Main.  The store has undergone a complete transformation and upgrade to accommodate sales, service and storage of bicycles.  First City Cycle hours are Monday through Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 12-5.  Free parking is available on the south side of the building.

First City Cycle Owner, Blane Meier, and store manager, Rick Hanberry will oversee the operations of First City Cycles.  Rick is an industry veteran with over 10 years of experience at all levels of bicycle retailing and mechanics.

First City Cycles also boasts a top-notch sales and service team including Norm Butler, Tom Dorzweiler, Shayna Haehlen, Jared Bailey, Colene Butler, Lisa Meier, and Andy Inlow.

Bicycle enthusiasts as well as people thinking about getting into bicycling are invited  to stop by and visit the new store and take advantage of opening day discounts being offered. The first 100 customers will receive 5% discounts on all accessories, apparel, parts, and repairs.  Also, through the end of August, bicycle tune-ups will be $50 (regularly $75).
